Rubia Cafe opened in August 2019, started by Candis Seoud and her father Albert Seoud who together have over 60 years hospitality experience. ​Rubia Cafe offers a wonderful seasonal menu along with an assortment of delicious sweet treats from the patisserie display.

Located in the business district of Moorabbin, in a building that once made bricks, Rubia Cafe sits proud amongst the foodie landscape in Melbourne. ​ Coffee roasting has taken place at this premises since 2004, servicing cafe’s and restaurants around Melbourne.

 

Now the Cafe wraps around our roaster so you will get the perfect glimpse into our passion, coffee. Within the light soaked building we have our roasting equipment, barista school, retail store, cafe and head office for Rubia Coffee.
